CreyArc (“we,” “us” or “our”) is being developed to help commercial sign companies manage their work from lead to closeout. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our public marketing website and related inquiries.
What this policy covers
This policy covers website visits, emails, demo requests, early-access inquiries and founding customer program inquiries. It does not cover customer records or project documents entered into the CreyArc application. We will provide the applicable application privacy notice before pilot users begin entering business data.
Information we collect
Information you choose to share. When you submit an inquiry or email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you include, such as your name, role, company, phone number, team size, business address, service area, services of interest, call or demo preferences, or product feedback.
Basic technical information. Our hosting provider may process standard request and security logs, including IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and errors, to deliver and protect the website.
The inquiry form sends the details you enter to CreyArc when you click Submit Inquiry. We use Cloudflare to host the site, process submissions and help block spam through Turnstile, and Resend to deliver inquiry emails to our Google Workspace inbox. These services may process contact details, message content and technical or security information needed to perform those tasks. Unsent answers remain in temporary page memory and clear when you close the panel or leave the page. Privacy requests can be emailed directly without completing the questionnaire. Please do not include passwords, payment card information or confidential customer or project files.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and arrange demonstrations.
- Discuss early access and founding customer program participation.
- Send product updates you request and honor communication preferences.
- Understand sign companies’ needs and improve CreyArc.
- Operate, troubleshoot and protect the website and our communications.
An inquiry does not commit you to a purchase or guarantee early access or selection for the pilot.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Google Workspace to receive, store and respond to emails sent to our business inbox. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes form requests; Resend processes inquiry emails for delivery. These providers handle information under their applicable service terms and privacy practices.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or threats to someone’s safety. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The marketing website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or session-replay tools. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and security signals to help prevent automated form abuse. Our hosting and security providers may use necessary security technologies. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent required before enabling it.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage prospective pilot participation and maintain relevant business records. We review information for deletion when it is no longer needed. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or resolving disputes. Copies in provider backups may remain until those backups expire.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information you have provided, or ask us to stop sending product updates. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live, and we will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. This marketing website does not collect account passwords or payment card details.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its date when our practices change. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using previously collected information in a materially different way.
